Refund policy

Please email our customer care within 24 hours of delivery at hello@rolux.in with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and image of the wrongfully delivered, Damaged, or defective item*.
Our customer care team will resolve the issue within 48 working hours.

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

– We do not entertain exchanges for size-related, Color-related, or design-related issues All product dimensions and materials along with pictures are mentioned in each product listed.

– No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.

– Where products are sold as a part of an ongoing sale.

– We do not entertain refunds in case you change your mind regarding your order

REFUND PROCESS
(if the customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.

Shipping charges incurred by us for your order and RTO charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

*Kindly provide video proof of unboxing the package in case of any damage*

CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER:
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at hello@rolux.in

We appreciate it if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount (in the case of a pre-paid order).
You cannot cancel your order after it has been dispatched.

In case of an exceptional scenario, we will refund your order by deducting the shipping charges and RTO charges.

PLEASE NOTE:
Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to the barring of COD facilities without any intimation.
In case of a prepaid order being rejected by the customer due to any reason, we will attempt the delivery 3 times. However, if the customer does not accept the package despite multiple attempts, we will have to cancel the order. In this case, the delivery charges won’t be refunded to the customer.
